Welcome to my Tasty diaries!

I am Anne-Laure, a French foodie based in London. Every week, I email out a beautiful and mouth-watering newsletter aiming to spring fun and novelty into your home eating routine and inspire you with seasonal, simple and delicious recipe ideas for the week to come. The newsletter also has information on all the food in season to help your shopping and features handy kitchen and cooking tips you will love. Because I am currently enjoying the beauties of the French coast and so many of you are away in the Summer, there are no Tasty Diaries during August. Check out the last July newsletter and subscribe to receive it every week from September onward, it’s free!

“… charming and inspiring… a weekly missive of kitchen tips and colourful, seasonal recipes…”

As the fairtrade fortnight is drawing to a close, what do you think of fairtrade products? Do you believe they work? Do you buy fairtrade?

I personally support the scheme but not all do (see my post here). Share your thoughts on this board!

Winter leek season is in full swing, share your favourite leek recipe and be featured in TD!

The recipe should take under 40 minutes from start to finish (even preferably under 30 min) and be delicious. I will pick three recipes and test them with a panel of foodie friends, the best one will be featured in the first Feb issue of TD!
